Rodenticide Training
Prepare for the upcoming 2026 certification changes with our Level 2 Award in Rodent Management. This CRRU-recognised qualification is essential for purchasing and using professional rodenticides from 1st January 2026.
Following changes to the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use (CRRU) code of practice, training is no longer acceptable evidence of competence for the purchase of professional rodenticide.
Rodents pose a significant risk to farms, food businesses, and commercial premises by spreading disease, contaminating feed and stock, and causing structural damage. While rodenticides are an effective method of control, their misuse can endanger people, livestock, wildlife, and the environment. This training ensures that you and your team are equipped with the correct understanding of legislation, best practice application, and safe storage and disposal methods.

Led by our experienced instructors, the course blends theory with practical knowledge, ensuring content is tailored to the real-world challenges you face. By the end of the training, participants will understand how to:

-
Assess rodent infestations and choose the most appropriate control measures.
